Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable - please remember our policy and give as much notice as possible 

First cancellation

• No charge 

Subsequent Cancellations

• Cancellation less than 48 hours notice 25% charge
• Less than 12 hours notice, cancel on the day of your appointment OR No show – 100% charge
• Cancel & Reschedule same day (subject to availability) – No charge.
• Reschedule (on the day of your appointment) to another day  - 50% charge
